SMART ODR PORTAL:

In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, and its Corrigendum cum Amendment SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/135 dated August 4, 2023, SEBI has expanded the scope of the existing dispute resolution mechanism in the Indian Securities Market by establishing a common Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal. This innovative platform aims to facilitate quicker and more efficient grievance redressal by providing investors with easy access to an online system for resolving their complaints.
